Other than that, you can also opt for juices since it also may help you to discard your thirst. However, it is best to limit your caffeine intake to stay hydrated.
The second tips is, wears a cotton based material or any light materials. It is even better to wear materials that absorb sweat. This is to ensure that you body will not be in a hot temperature.
To keep hydrated, it is very important to drink plenty of water. Make sure you drink at least 10 cups in a day and it is suggested to drink water before you start any outdoor activities.
