RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Items that are in an unwashed, unaltered and unworn condition, returns and exchange will be accepted if the items are returned within 7 days of receipt (for both local and international orders). Shipping cost for the return will be borne by the customer.

 

However, customers are advised to notify us at [email protected] by quoting the order number and the product details.

 

Sale items and purchases made with discount coupons are non-returnable. Accessories including jewellery, bags and hair accessories are non-returnable too.

We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products that appear on our website. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate. The position of pattern/design may vary slightly from what you see (example : the position of the flowers may be at different places). If you have any doubt on our products, please make your purchase directly from our boutiques to avoid disappointment.

So if you face the color resolution / pattern problem is non-returnable too.

 

If the item does not fit, you can always email us to exchange the item to another size, subject to our stock availability but note that the exchange is allowed with the same design only. Valid for Normal Price item only.
